Religious Justification

Religious justification of love between the two persons of same sex assumes more conviction when combined with philosophical justification (than just based on anecdotes!). I find several excerpts in Hinduism, one is produced below :

स्वभावनियतं कर्म कुर्वन्नाप्नोति किल्बिषम्।।
स्वभावसे नियत किये हुए स्वधर्मरूप कर्मको करता हुआ मनुष्य पापको प्राप्त नहीं होता। ~ Bhagwad Gita 18.47

Islam is one such religion which doesn't offer any such excerpts - one more reason of not supporting it.
